At Dan's PT, we’re passionate about helping kids stay active and healthy. We focus on teaching fundamental movement patterns and encouraging physical activity in a fun, safe, and supportive environment - giving kids the best possible start on their fitness journey.Through programs like Kids Bootcamp, Personal Training for Kids, and our work with children under the NDIS, we create positive, engaging experiences that build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love for movement.
Our Bootcamps deliver a wide variety of fitness content and sport specific skills. Combined with a mix of fun games and challenges. Delivered in a safe environment with encouragement and support
