BoxFit
Blending cardio, strength training, coordination, and agility work, into a high-energy workout suitable for all fitness levels. Learn basic boxing techniques and enjoy a fun, fitness-focused workout.
Bootcamp
Modelled after military-style training, combining cardio and strength exercises. Our bootcamps will always be varied, fun and suitable for all fitness levels.
Stretch & Mobility
A crucial element to incorporate into your training - Mobility training enhances joint range of motion, movement quality and helps to prevent injury through physical exercise .
Metafit
Metafit is the original metabolic group High Intensity Interval (HIIT). Created by a former Royal Marine Commando. Metafit is a bodyweight-only workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and fat-burning capacity in a short amount of time, scalable for all fitness levels.
Personal Training
Fast track results by working with one of our personal trainers to focus on your specific goals. Have access to our coaching app, allowing you to view and track progress, contact your coach directly, plus more. We offer 1:1 personal training or if you're keen to train in a small group of friends or with a partner we can also facilitate this. Enquire within.
